Production and packing

Milled, bagged and weighed on our own line.

Plaster is milled, weighed and bagged on our own production line, then stacked and stored under cover until the container arrives. Every 40 kg bag is filled and weighed on an automatic valve-bagging machine.

Loading and logistics

Stowed by our own team.

Every container is stowed by our own loading team: bags stacked in interlocked courses, door end secured and floor protected, so the goods arrive dry, clean and countable. Photo reports of the loading are sent before departure.

Natural fibers

Sisal and flax, graded and baled.

Sisal fiber sourced from Kenya and Tanzania is graded and combed in Egypt, then pressed and strapped into bales. Our super-white flax fiber is made in Egypt and ships in 100 kg bales.

Numbers and papers you can check.

Every batch is tested before it is bagged, and the test report travels with the shipment. Our ISO certificate and registration documents are available to any buyer.
