Sinai Land makes TOP SINA plaster of Paris in 10th of Ramadan City and ships it by the container to importers in Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Alpha gypsum, calcium carbonate, natural fibers, wall panels, marble-look sheets and Egyptian salt can ride in the same box.
What we load
Take a full container of one product or mix them if your market needs a bit of each. Minimum order is one 20′ container, or one 40′ for PVC and marble panels.
Plaster of Paris
For cornices, ceiling roses, moulds and decorative casting. Fine grind, fast set, the same from one batch to the next.
Alpha gypsum, Type 3
High strength and a bright white finish for precision moulds, sanitary ware moulds and fine architectural detail.
Industrial filler, super fine
High-purity CaCO₃ from selected Egyptian limestone, micronised to a super-fine powder for plastics, paints and paper.
Wall panels
The look of slatted wood with no painting and no termites. For TV walls, hotel lobbies, shops and offices.
UV high-gloss sheets
Large sheets with the look of book-matched marble, without the weight, the cost or the joints.
Industrial and food grade
Coarse salt for tanning, water treatment and industry. Fine refined iodized salt for food and dairy.
New · Reinforcement for gypsum and plaster
Graded sisal fiber and super-white flax fiber, the traditional reinforcement mixed into gypsum and plaster. It raises hardness and strength, cuts cracking and shrinkage, and lets cornices and mouldings be pulled in long, continuous runs.
Finishes and designs
Fluted PVC panels come in 32 finishes, and marble-look sheets in 93 designs across the classic and resin collections. Every PVC finish is produced in every profile width and length, with matching corner profiles.
Wood-grain, stone and fabric finishes in 120, 170 and 190 mm profiles, 2.70 to 2.90 m long.

Why importers reorder
Production follows a documented quality system and is tested against Egyptian and European standards. A batch test report is issued with every shipment.
40 kg polypropylene valve bags built for long sea voyages and repeated handling, printed in full color in English and French.
We produce and pack under your own brand name, artwork and language. Build your own label from the first container.
Containers are stowed by our own team: 700 bags, 28 MT per 20′ FCL. Loading photos are sent before departure.

Our own team stows every container. Bags go in interlocked courses, the door end is secured and the floor is protected. You get loading photos and the container number before the ship leaves.
